Tonight I'm bringing you a few new things, the first being the amazing new skin by Belleza called Kate Frost. It is a limited release for the Frost event, put on by Depraved Nation, and you can get it in Pale, Medium, Sunkissed, Tan and Deep Tan. I really can't wait until there is a full release.

I'm also wearing the new Monso- My Combat Ankle Boots that you can pick up at the current round of Collabor88, and a newish jacket by Grasp. The jacket comes with a hud that allows you to change the texture of the shirt, as well as the option to have the fur on or off of the hood. And lastly, I threw on a pair of headphones that are currently available at The Arcade, done by Standby Inc.

This is what Billy had to say about why he enjoys Second Life:

Since finding SL five years ago, I have tried working, I've tried running a business, and I've tried creating ... none of it successfully. It turns out I'm too lazy and I just want to have fun.
What keeps me in SL is the people I meet, and the wonder of what is possible here. It's amazing how much better things have looked over the years. I can remember the conversations about how awestruck everyone was when windlight started  becoming popular, and then how sculpties were changing building. (Yes, times have changed!) Mesh is my new obsession, and my current mission is to replace all of the old inventory with mesh items.

Over the years I've met a few great friends, sadly some have moved on, but joining Plurk has introduced me to a lot of interesting people, many of whom I've had fun hanging out with in world.. Seeing the fun Plurk friends have blogging has encouraged me to give it a try, hopefully I don't get lazy about blogging the way I have about everything else I've done in SL.

In my virtual future, I see myself as continuing blogging and taking wonderful photos, spending more time with the incredible person who has captured my attention, and most importantly having fun.

Faces of SL- Maci Restless

So its that time again, and for this Faces of SL, for the female portion, we have the beautiful Maci Restless of Little Miss Fashion Cupcake. She has also become a friend, and is an all around great person.

Shit About Me...

I can't even remember what brought me to Second Life over three 3 years ago.  But I have for the most part loved my SL experience.  SL is my place to have fun, shop till my inventory is a mess, express my creativity,  and be with the people I care about. It's my home away from the craziness that RL brings.

I've been a photographer in SL for awhile now,  and it's always been a passion of mine.  I loved messing with poses, and different windlights, even crazy outfits.  So just under a year ago I started a blog, to throw everything I loved together in one place. I honestly enjoy being a blogger in SL,  showing my readers what makes me happy.

I have met some amazing people,  some not so amazing people,  and some that just plain make me wonder.  But I've made some of the most amazing friends here in this virtual world,  had some ups and downs, left and came back a couple times. I've even fallen for someone amazing,  who makes me smile every day.  It really is the people I care about that bring me back every day.

I don't know where my Second Life is headed... but I'm excited to find out, and will surely enjoy the ride.

Oh and I also like Glitter, Unicorns, Penguins, Cupcakes,  and Bacon!

Tomorrow, Tya Fallingbridge under her brand Pixel Mode will be releasing some fantastic new wedges called Audrey. They will be available in eight base glossy colors and seven base leather colors. You will also have the option to change the heel, toe cap and shoe trim to different colors. I chose to go with leather in black and red. There are 15 preset skin tones that come with the hud, and the wedges come with the feet attached. They are unrigged so you are able to resize using length, width and height.

I decided to pair the wedges with a great jacket from Baiastice that you can pick up at FaMESHed, as well as one of the Tiny Satchel's from the Secret Store that you can get at The Arcade. The detailing on all three items are beautiful.
